Agricultural Heavy Lift Drone Report (USA)

Updated 09/20/2026.

Farm cargo drones for sale in the United States — dedicated lift aircraft and spray platforms with a published hook, sling, winch, or cargo-box kit. A spray tank is not a cargo hook. Spray-only rows stay on the spray-drone table. Hylio, Elevon, Exedy, Revolution, Talos, Vector, and ABZ are off this page until they publish a U.S.-sold lift kit. Price is the U.S. dealer ask for the aircraft plus the lift hardware. Batteries, charger, and generator are extra. “Quote” means no published number. Tariff is the 9/3/2026 import rate: 100% over ~55 lb or with thermal, 0% on a U.S.-built finished airframe. Rated lift is the published hook, box, or sling figure. Real payload drops once the hook, cable, and a swinging load are on. Hauling cargo is not Part 137 spraying. Most of these aircraft still need Part 107 plus a weight exemption (Section 44807 or a later rule) because they take off over 55 lb. NDAA and Conditional Approval (CA) are not the same thing. CA marks follow FCC Public Notices at fcc.gov/supplychain/coveredlist. Ceres C31 has CA (22 Jun 2026). DJI, XAG, and EAVision sit on older FCC grants, not CA.

NDAA / CA Legend

NDAA and Conditional Approval are not the same thing. Green, red, amber, and grey in the NDAA / CA column map to the labels below. Source for CA is an FCC Public Notice, not a manufacturer blog. Pre-12/22/2025 FCC equipment grants are not Conditional Approvals.

  • NDAA Aircraft we treat as NDAA-compliant (U.S.-made / Blue-Green path). Not the same as a CA.
  • No NDAA Not NDAA-compliant on the public record we use for this table.
  • NDAA ? Dealer or maker NDAA talk, not independently confirmed here.
  • CA Verified Department of War Conditional Approval published in an FCC Public Notice.
  • No CA No Conditional Approval on an FCC notice. A pre-cutoff equipment grant does not count.
  • CA n/a Conditional Approval is not required (typically U.S.-made / Blue-Green).

Manufacturer Summaries — U.S. Outlook, Next 12 Months

Heavy lift on a farm is a different ticket than spraying. FAA: hauling a tote, a pump, or a roll of fence is not Part 137 chemical work. You still need Part 107, and anything over 55 lb at takeoff needs a Section 44807 exemption (or whatever replaces it) plus a documented operation. Dual T100 flag lifts have already shown that commercial display work can take months of waiver writing. FCC: foreign-made UAS went on the Covered List 12/22/2025, which blocks new equipment grants. Pre-cutoff grants can still be sold today. PS Docket 26-189 (comments closed 9/2/2026, no final rule as of this snapshot) would stop import and marketing of already-authorized foreign aircraft that are 55 lb or heavier, LiDAR-equipped, thermal, docked, or swarming — and it names agricultural sprayers as their own category. Proposed outs: Blue UAS, Buy American, Conditional Approval. Aircraft already owned stay legal to fly. Tariffs: from 9/3/2026, 100% on imported aircraft over ~55 lb or with thermal. Every row here except a U.S.-built Ceres finished airframe sits in that 100% class if it is newly imported.

Ceres Air C31 Black Betty

Ceres Air

U.S. company, mid-2020s · Bellevue, WA / North Springfield, VT · Flagship sold here: C31 Black Betty

C31 is already on the spray report as a 31–40 gal tank. This page is here because Ceres and its dealers publish a 397 lb cargo-hook rating and a 49 ft standard cable — the biggest published sling number among U.S.-sold ag multirotors. Same CA (DA-26-616) as the spray row. Same dealers (Raptor Dynamic, Drone Spray Pro, Harvest Works).

Recent Changes: Black Betty Stacked marketing in 2026 leaned on the 397 lb hover demo and a detachable payload module that swaps spray, spread, and cargo. CA posted 22 June 2026. July 2026 FCC language keeps that CA alive if the onshoring plan holds.

Outlook: If a grower wants one airframe that sprays and then hauls a tote across a wet field, Ceres is the U.S.-flag pitch against a leftover T100 plus a $2k lift kit. Next 12 months still depend on Vermont / U.S. serial production so the 0% tariff line and the CA stay honest.

Positives: Verified CA. Highest published lift on this list. U.S. brand and dealer SKUs already quoting cargo, not just spray. Proposed 26-189 off-ramp.

Hurdles: NDAA unconfirmed. Brand is young. 397 lb is a hover-test figure — confirm how they rate a swinging farm load. Must keep the C31 on FAA’s approved agricultural UAS list when it is used as a sprayer; cargo work is a separate ops question.

DJI Agras T100

DJI

Founded 2006 · Shenzhen · Flagship lift in U.S.: Agras T100 + Lift System; dedicated cargo: FlyCart 30 / 100

DJI is the reason this page exists. U.S. ag dealers already sell the T100 spray ship with an official lift module they call a Fly Cart kit ($1,999 single / $2,639 dual-battery). FlyCart 30 is a separate cargo airframe with a 18.5 gal box and a 66 ft winch, in U.S. enterprise channels around $21k. FlyCart 100 is the T100-class logistics twin; Drone Nerds lists the platform at $21,818 and the flagship winch at $10,589.

Recent Changes: T100 reached U.S. dealers in early 2026 on a May 2025 FCC grant. Lift kits shipped as stock accessories. FlyCart 30 has been in U.S. enterprise catalogs since 2024 with an FAA Remote ID DOC. FlyCart 100 launched globally 4 Dec 2025 — days before the Covered List. 100% heavy-import tariff started 9/3/2026. Docket 26-189 comments closed 9/2/2026.

Outlook: Next-12-month U.S. lift sales look like leftover authorized T100s plus FlyCart 30 stock, not a new-model cycle. FlyCart 100 only if the grant and the warehouse hold. If 26-189 is adopted as written, restock of all three stops at the dock. Until then, dealers will keep bundling T100 spray ships as lift platforms because the extra kit is cheap next to the airframe.

Positives: Only maker on this list with both a spray-plus-lift kit and a dedicated cargo line in U.S. shops. Best parts and training bench. T100 single-battery lift is a clean 220 lb published number. FlyCart 30 already has a Remote ID paper trail.

Hurdles: No new FCC authorizations. 100% tariff on restock. 26-189 names 55 lb+ and agricultural sprayers — T100 is both; FlyCart 100 is 55 lb+ with LiDAR. Confirm FlyCart 100 grant before you treat a web listing as legal U.S. stock. Cargo work still needs its own FAA ticket.

EAVision J150

EAVision

Founded 2015 · China / U.S. distribution · Flagship lift: J150

J150 is marketed as spray, spread, lift, and map on one airframe. Official lifting MTOW is 330 lb. Overseas packages sell a J150 lift kit as a cheap add-on. Agri Spray Drones remains the main U.S. face. Same pre-cutoff grant story as the spray row — no CA.

Recent Changes: J150 transport-mode videos (locked hook, auto-guided drop points) rolled through 2025–26. No U.S. CA. Missouri licensed-build talk has not shown up as serial U.S.-built lift ships. 100% tariff and 26-189 both landed on a 55 lb+ LiDAR sprayer.

Outlook: Lift is a feature on an airframe growers already buy to spray. It will not open a new U.S. channel by itself. Next year is still onshore or CA, or sell what is already in the country.

Positives: Published lift mode on the flagship J-series. Strong OA for flying a swinging load near wires. Agri Spray can support the same customer on spray and lift.

Hurdles: China origin, no CA. 26-189 sprayer + 55 lb + LiDAR. U.S. lift-kit price and stock are thinner than DJI’s T100 module. Part 107 / 44807 still apply.

XAG P150 Max

XAG

Founded 2007 · Guangzhou · Flagship lift in U.S.: P150 Max + RevoSling

RevoSling is a named module, not a dealer nickname. Rated 176 lb on a 16–49 ft rope with a smart hook that can drop on ground contact. Same P150 Max already on the spray report at $19,990 airframe. U.S. introduction was February 2026.

Recent Changes: P150 Max and RevoSling shown to U.S. operators in early 2026. Covered List lock, no CA, 100% heavy-drone tariff, and 26-189 all hit the same catalog — sprayer, 55 lb+, radar/LiDAR-class sensing, swarm options.

Outlook: RevoSling only matters in the U.S. while authorized P150 Max airframes remain on shelves. It is the cleanest non-DJI sling spec on this list. Share stays second unless a CA or U.S. assembly deal appears.

Positives: Published 176 lb sling with live weighing and a security lock. Modular swap with RevoSpray / RevoCast. Some U.S. dealers already trained on the P series.

Hurdles: Covered List, 100% tariff, 26-189. Thinner U.S. service bench than DJI. RevoSling kit price is still “quote” in U.S. shops. Cargo ops still need their own FAA path.
